We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on CL SourceBOM subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 5 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Email us at nayyier@connect-logic.com with your order details and we will forward the request.

After the refund window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
